Let us know the severity of this problem: URGENT - Severe impact to the system, resulting in non-operation. No work around exists. All users are affected. For example, your production system is down or there is serious data loss or corruption. HIGH- Significant impact to the system, resulting in a severely reduced capacity from core functionality being non-operational. No work around exists. For example, the planner is not working, or very slow response time. NORMAL - Some impact as issue is intermittent, but not causing core functionality failure. Most operations are functional. Work around or alternative method of operation is available. For example, an intermittent problem accessing reporting. LOW- Minor, non-critical issue with little to no impact on the operational quality or performance. Work around or alternative method of operation is available. For example, cosmetic issue or a question.
